User Settings: Voicemail to text transcription (speech-to-text)

My previous service converted my voicemails to text in an email - does RC does this and if so how do I do that?

Hi Dieter,
I would go for the automated transcription with imperfection, similar to what Google Voice does. It would be nice to get an idea of the call contents without having to be pulled away and checking. Know how critical it is based on source and the content that can be transcripted is something we're looking for.

I think this feature should be offered with lower tier pricing plans or as an optional add on. It is a service that I really want, however it is annoying that I have to jump to a higher pricing plan just to get it.

I'd like this feature be available on other plans too not just the highest tiered plan or atleast have the option to pay for it as an added feature on lower plans.

Agreed. I really wish I could select this as a single additional service. I do not need anything else offered by the Enterprise plan, but I would absolutely pay for this as an individual service.
