I have Ring Central Account with one phone number where we receive customer calls. This account has sub menus (extensions). Now, we have acquired 2 more locations. Both of these locations have different phone number and different company greetings and different sub-menus (extensions).

It seems like I have to create separate company for each location. Is there any way to handle multiple companies under one account or have to create separate account for each location. Please suggest. We use Ring Central only to receive calls and not for outgoing calls.

Hi San, yes there is a multi level IVR with the premium and enterprise.  Not the standard office plan.

If you are looking for some consulting assistance to get all of your offices integrated and working properly

Contact me directly.  I have worked with many people to implement RC for their businesses.
