How would I incorporate another voicemail message prompt into our mail greeting? For instance, if I wanted to direct a caller to another message with information (address, fax number, specific phone numbers) by pressing a key (i.e., 1, 2, etc), how would I set that up?

We did this as well. We instruct our callers to press 1 (Ext. #1) for our address, and to press 2 (Ext. #2) for Trade Instructions. You can assign any number for your outgoing message boxes.

To do this, you would set-up "Announcement Only Extensions" under Groups.

Click on Settings ----> Phone System ----> Groups ----> Add Group ---->
Announcement-Only Extension

You will be able to set-up your announcement only extensions there.

I hope that helps.
