HUD: add categories

Adding an option to the HUD to create categories would be a useful function (f it doesn't exist already). As I work with the support team and reception I often have to transfer calls between colleagues, so the ability to create a category to quickly locate a team then a colleague would save some time. Having a header in bold such as 'Support' or 'Sales' then being able to drag and drop people in at one they've been added to the HUD. Just a thought.

I know you can relocate them by clicking and dragging them in the edit function when in the HUD but to separate between teams would be useful.

That sounds like a very useful option to me, kinda of like being able to make teams in glip but through the HUD instead. it's got my vote.

Hi Luke,

The prioritization process of implementing a new feature is quite complex. This is still a fairly new feature request that has 6 votes. Our Product Team is aware and regularly checks open feature requests for consideration. If/when we receive any update on this type of feature becoming available we will be sure to update this thread.
