HUD data reports

Hi! it would be helpful if we can use HUD feature and while seeing the status of the User we can also monitor if they are available but just did not answer the call and went it on missed call/voicemail. Also it would be helpful if we can have the Reports of it if who was the User who was not able to answer it despite of their availability. Thanks!
