HUD: Park not working correctly.

I have added two Park locations to my HUD, but they often don't function correctly (clicking on them doesn't park the current call). Is this being worked on?

Hi Mike,

Here's an image of my current HUD:



If I am on an active call and want to park it at one of the predesignated locations, I would expect to be able to switch to the HUD and click on one of the available Park locations. However, the majority of the time this doesn't work as expected. The call stays active and doesn't get parked when I hover the mouse over the park location and then click it.

I am having the same issue. I can private-park a call once using the desktop app. But, if I unpark that call on the dekstop app, I am unable to repark it with the desktop app. I click on Park, then select the private park group and it just returns me to the call. This is only the case with the desktop app. I can park, unpark, and repark private parked calles on all my desk phones.

David, are you still having problems with this?  If so can you check to see if you are on the latest 7.4 version?

This issue has reappeared for me. Is there a later version than 7.4.1.17562 that is available to install?
