Hud: Show actual numbers rather than 2 active calls,

3. When our employees are active on multiple calls (which is pretty frequently) the HUD will only show "2 Active calls" or more depending on how many calls they are on. It would be nice to have a feature that you can Enable/Disable to actually show the numbers they are on the phone with. We work in a very small environment (5-6 employees) but we all work on the same customers throughout the day. It gets conflicting because we don't want to call someone while someone else is already on the phone with them. We do have a chat program that takes away some of that, but during the busy months it becomes pretty hard.

Typical use would be If we are getting call after call after call, and one of my coworkers is working on a customer and I see that there is work to do on the same customer but it's unknown if he is actually working on them or not due to me not being able to see their phone number while he's on a call with the customer AND the moving company we try to set them up with. 

5. The benefit, if not accurately spelled out above, would be there would be less confusion when we are trying to work on the same customer. It would prevent a call going out to one of our customers while one of our reps is already on hold with them, causing the customer to possibly disconnect and answer the new reps phone call and having to start over from square 1.

For now, I would suggest you have your agents have the Call Logs section open and check if the number they are calling is showing as an In Progress call. Kludgy but it can work as a workaround

Thank you for your response. Actually that is what we currently do as a small work-around to it. Just looking for something within the actual program.

If you open a support case there's now a way to turn on/off HUD caller ID. Yours may be off if it's not displaying the numbers.
