Call TIME (minutes) on call should be displayed next to the status.  Busy or DND or Customize status TIME (days,hours,minutes) should be displayed next to status.

Yes - would be very helpful.   I also think a Super Admin should be able to change anyone's status (in case they are unable to themselves - or just forget and go on vacation)

Hey @Ball ... if you use the API you can create a lightweight app that allows SuperUsers to change other peoples custom status messages.  We have a custom app we built using the RingCentral API's that so exactly that.
