Our company is an electrical contractor, but our owner also owns a home building company and our receptionist answers the phones for both companies. Basically, we need to be able to see the number an inbound caller has dialed so the receptionist can answer appropriately. Well, when we have that feature enabled under Incoming Call Information, the HUD in the RingCentral Softphone will show that she is on the phone with herself. We need to be able to see who our receptionists are on the phone with from time to time. You can refer to case number 04840476 for details.
