I am CONSTANTLY getting disconnected with your online chat support

Any time I reopen a second tab in Ringcentral it will disconnect our chat. It's happened to me at least a dozen times.

So, even if you go back to the tab that the RC chat was started on, the session is gone? I ask because typically, when you change tabs, the focus goes away from the chat and to your new tab. My experience has always been that the chat is still alive and well on the original tab. If you are opening a second tab that REPLACES the current one instead of adding a new tab, then that will certainly wipe out the chat session. If none of those apply then must be something new or possibly on your end? Just a few thoughts...

It logs me out completely on all tabs and says the chat has ended. It's not a matter of focus. I tend to duplicate tabs when I need to troubleshoot an issue.

Got it! Just throwing a few things out there not knowing how things are on your end other than what you already said. Haven't had a chat in a few weeks, but have never had that happen. One thing just occurred to me, though. I assume you already know that you can't open another RC session for a different user using the same browser. That would cancel the current login, which includes the chat session. At least that is my experience. Of course within your own login, you can open many tabs -same browser.

Just to follow up, I did confirm that this is a known issue currently-- Bond007DMC is right, when a second tab is opened it replaces the first one, closing out your chat session on the first tab.
