I am in need of a daily reporting function

We are a business which has outbound calling and inbound calling along with a service line, we require an end of day reporting function, which will outline all inbound and outbound telephony activity. We would need to be able to choose the time which the report is sent out to Director level individuals. Currently we have subscribed to historical reporting but cannot choose the time the report is sent, which I believe is set to 9am pacific time, which is only half way through the day for us...less than ideal
