Can you tell us what page/URL you are trying to log into?   Is it www.glip.com

Also, does it work with a PC but not your Mac? What error or other information can you provide?

Yes Glip.com

I have no PC to test now. I cant login in Mac App and using browser too.

If you have a mobile device are you able to log into the mobile app?  Trying to figure out if it's a desktop/browser issue, or something at the account level?

i just sign out and sign in iOS mobile device with Google Account works fine. Still doesnt work in browser and Mac Glip App

Also... have you already tried to uninstall and reinstall the desktop application?

Sam.  I just had another user (on a PC) report that they simply did a browser refresh and the error went away.  So, try clearing your cache and cookies and let us know if that solves the problem.

This problem was gone then and its back now.
I did Chrome and FF cache cleared. But still cant login and getting same issue!

 Sam, can you provide the details below?

Are you a Glip only user? or do you also have a RingCentral account?

What OS version is on your computer and what browsers, and browser versions are you using?

Can you still log in on the mobile app OK?
