Try setting Messages & Notifications > Message Recipient to the preferred extension that you want to check voicemail on.

Let me explain further.  I have 2 phone numbers from Ring Central.  One is in an account that I setup.  The 2nd was setup for me by a company that I represent.  (It is just a coincidence that both phone numbers are from Ring Central, so the Accounts are completely separate.)  When I call either number, my cell phone rings (exactly what I want).  But on my RC App, I only see the messages for calls made to the phone number in the Account that I setup with RC.  In the other account, I can't seem to edit the Message Recipient, and I only see the messages when I log into the Account on the web.

I would say it is not possible with two separate accounts.  The best workaround that comes to mind is to forward the messages to email so at least you can be notified and listen to the messages.

If you are ok with having both numbers go to the same voicemail greeting then I suppose you could forward phone #2 to number #1 and then both numbers would end up in phone #1 voicemail greeting if not answered.
