Let me explain further. I have 2 phone numbers from Ring Central. One is in an account that I setup. The 2nd was setup for me by a company that I represent. (It is just a coincidence that both phone numbers are from Ring Central, so the Accounts are completely separate.) When I call either number, my cell phone rings (exactly what I want). But on my RC App, I only see the messages for calls made to the phone number in the Account that I setup with RC. In the other account, I can't seem to edit the Message Recipient, and I only see the messages when I log into the Account on the web.
