I have a huge being unable to systematically make payments on my own. The antiquated single option payment take it or leave position is going to cause you to lose my business.

I'm not a RingCentral employee but I have been a RingCentral user for over five years. I can truly understand where some businesses would prefer to receive a monthly invoice and pay from that. Having said that, sending out invoices and hoping that your clients pay on time and that your account receivables stay low costs a business money.

Having used two different business phone systems before finding RingCentral I can only say that RingCentral has more features and costs less than either of the two previous systems. I believe (and this is strictly only my opinion) that this is due, in large part, to keeping their account receivables and costs in line.

I was told long ago that if a person voices displeasure with a particular policy or methodology that they should be prepared to offer an alternative. I'm certainly am not knocking your opinion but what would you offer as an additional option, or set of options, to make payments on your own that would be acceptable as a business practice to RingCentral (or any business for that matter) to receive payments on a timely basis and to keep costs down.

I ask the above because I also run a business and would like to hear your opinions.
