I have an android user who downloaded the app and is unable to login, as the login button is greyed out.

It would in the Admin Portal under Users. It's defined in the user's role under the Apps Access category.

I checked permissions and yes, she has access to the apps.

The thing is she is on her personal device and has not gotten the part where she enters her user name and password, so the system doesn't even know it is her.
