I would like access to more data

We are a home health organization, who takes calls from providers, patients, and various other people. 

There isn't a way to get the data for my teams in bulk. I specifically want to understand what happened within specific calls. Meaning, it rang for 4 seconds, went into the queue for 3 minutes, answered for a minute and 20 seconds, on hold for 18 seconds, transferred to another... you get the idea. I can get this data by using your tools and clicking on calls, but that takes so much time. I want to download all the data, and build a cube in Excel and get the meta data out of that. 

The benefits are that I can find bottle necks, and build efficiencies in the call flow. I can also find problem areas easier. More data provides a greater ability to see what my business is doing. 

Roughly 200 users right now, but plan on expanding.
