I would like to add the ability to track our answer rate. RC Analytics currently has a column for "AVG answer time" which tell you how long someone took to answer and phone from the time it started ringing. The information I want to know if the average time it takes a customer to get to a specific person or department from the time his call was first connected to our top menu prompt. This record would basically start from the time his call was connected to us, the prompt selection, the time it took through the queues until actually getting to a person.
