I would like to create macros so that I can click one button/macro and it will automatically change the greeting or set some or all of my groups / uses to take message only or perform a specific take. For example, if an emergency occurs regardless of the time, I would like to click one button and it would change all my greetings including the main greeting, all of my groups, and all of my users to out of the office and take messages only with the exception of all of the physicians in the group. Then, when the emergency is over and I click another button/macro and it would return all of the users and groups and main message to the appropriate settings. As it stands, I must go into the Auto-Receptionist and go into advanced settings and click on my special rule, and then go into each group and click on call handling, advanced, and then the special rule. This is very time consuming especially if someone has 20 groups.
