I am not the default system admin for our account, however it is URGENT for me to receive critical updates from RingCentral. Alternatively, is there another place for me to subscribe to receive critical updates?
Check out https://status.ringcentral.com/ for updates on the overall status of RingCentral services. For a specific look at your area, and a timeline of maintenance on apps, you can log into your account.
The admin of your account is also able to opt you in for service status communications. Check out this KB article for more info!
