I want to know if I hit the cancel account button, if it means that I will be refunded a proration of the yearly cost that i paid, or if I cancel, I just lose the money.

I subscribed to a Ringcentral awhile ago, from outside the US. I no longer use the service. I've been trying to cancel the service for over a year now, to no avail, because ringcentral cancellation is complicated, the dial-in number doesn't work. And I'm being billed every month (soft phone charges)
I need to urgently cancel the charges and stop the billing.
How can you help on this.

I do not wish to subscribe to that service anymore, however imbunsblevto contact their customer service, as they have a complicated system.
Can I stop the payments from my account online?
