Problem

The new RingCentral app (aka Glip) allows calendar integration to MS Outlook or Google Calendar.

At my company we use IBM Notes (formally Lotus Notes) and therefore we can't integrate Glip to our calendar system in Notes.

This is very inconvenient and annoying since we can't keep schedules for meetings all in one calendar and leads to missed meetings.

Requested enhancement

Please add the ability to export meeting schedules to *.iCal files which can be imported into IBM Notes to create an event / meeting. iCal files are a standard format that nearly all Calendar software can import.

This would make the system much more integrated and easier to use as part of regular business practices.

I am sure many other customers would also benefit from this as not everyone uses MS Outlook or Google Calendar.

This is not specific to Notes but covers other calendar software as well.   The current "RC Meetings" app allows users to create  a calendar entry in standard ICS format.
The new Ring Central App should:
- include thge functionality of existing app to generate ics format calendar entries
- if you cannot do that, then at least allow users to schedule a meeting without having to generate a proprietary Outlook or Google calendar entry.
