IDEA: Bring back the display of what extension queue was called on Softphone

the old softphone, will display where the call was made to,  your extension, a call queue or group.  In that way you would know,  instead of the only setting available to have a prompt tell you when you pick up the call. The new one does not display it any longer.  It will be great to have that feature back.

Also if it could be added to the mobile app.

I totally agree!  We started using RC in september because of this feature and complained as soon as it was removed.  We desperately need this feature as we for sales purposes our agents need to know what the call relates to before picking up, to get script/sales technique ready etc.  We were told in december 2014 that the "softphone will get the ability to show called extensions in the 7.0 release, which will come out in the first half of next year".  Please bring this back asap
