Currently I cannot pull a simple, organized report for the employees in our Sales Center Queue. Apparently every person (in other departments) who is transferred a call from the Sales Center gets added to the report list and I cannot filter them out. So rather than simply putting together a report for 9 people in my Sales Center, I have dozens of people from all other departments crowding the data.
Please fix this simple issue and remove transfers from call queue reports. If they are not in the queue, they are not in the queue. It doesn't make any sense.
