Hi Matthew, can you share a screen shot of the error message and where it's happening?

I believe I figured it out.  The users are trying to log in to www.ringcentral.com and that redirects to Glip.  We do not have Glip enabled for our users.  So they are getting a token error.  Is there any way around this?

What is it that your Users are trying to do? Access their online portal?

yes, they are trying to run a meeting off of a secondary computer without installing the app.

It should be service.ringcentral.com...should have known that.  Long day.  Sorry.  Hope it helps someone else.

Ok, so in order to log into your Online Portal you have to go to service.ringcentral.com

Also, if you're referring to a RingCentral Meeting, you have to have the app downloaded as the Host. Your Participants can use the Web Browser version to view and listen to the Meeting

ok, so there is no way to host from a public machine?  You have to have the app installed?

The end user in question would just like to use the conf. call feature.

Whichever computer you are using to Host the RC Meeting has to have the app installed on it.

ok.  Last question.  Because I am not that familiar with RC meeting yet.  we are just deploying now.

Is there a way to just host a Conf. Call without the rest of the meeting features?  Or do you need the app for that as well?

No worries! You are always free to ask questions :)

So, we do offer the RingCentral Conferencing feature that's phone only :) RC Meetings is great if you want to do a video chat or share a presenter screen, stuff like that!

Hi Besion,

We were seeing this error quite a bit at the end of last week. Can you try clearing your cache/cookies? That was able to resolve it typically.

Hey Rob,

You'll have to clear cache and cookies for any browser you use :) Check out this KB article for instructions on how to clear cache depending on your browser.

Hello, I tried that and I still get the invalid Token 124 message. Any other options for fixing it?

It is like it tries to open the conference twice.  Then it comes up with service.ringcentral.com refused to connect

Hi Elizabeth,

Can you try and access the meeting not through the link, but directly through the app and entering the meeting ID?

I have also been having this issue. I get the "Invalid Token 124" error message when I click the scheduled meeting in my Google Calendar that I created.  I am able to start the meeting by entering the meeting ID into the app. Clearing the browser cache fixes it but as soon as I schedule a new Ringcentral Meeting, it gives me the same error.

I developed this same issue immediately after updating to the new RingCentral Meetings desktop client for Mac. Version 7.0.151508.0712 Clearing browser cache did not fix the issue.
