I'm unable to view the fax option from my ring central desktop app but I can access fax options through my phone app. Please advise...

Hello, yes. I have RC phone app on my Android and it works as a fax. The Ring Central app I have on my computer is more like a calendar, document, task share for businesses and within that app, I cannot find any option to fax from my computer.

The version on my phone is 10.3.0
I can't find the version # on my computer but it doesn't look anything like the phone version. Thanks - Kelly

Ah! So the RingCentral Phone app is different from the RC (formerly Glip) app. Right now, the latter does not have the faxing capability on it. Our Product Team is still discussing adding this but there's no ETA right now.

So, you can either send your faxes from your online account, or you can send it from the RC Phone desktop app. I know it's not ideal, but we're still working towards having just the single app for everything!
