Call Queues: Call Screening in Queues

As of right now, even the extension in the call group are each enabled with Call-Screen option, if the caller goes through the call-queues group, they would NOT be present with Call-Screen question to state the caller's name.  It's as if the Call group removes the option.

Please implement a call-screening option for the call queues group.

We are getting calls with a lot of DEAD air, or hang ups.
In order to prevent, we'd like to know if a feature can be added from the EXTENSION  setting (call announce, call screening, that triggers on the GROUP Setting menu.  For example if our director tree says to press 1 for new accounts (the customer then gets the call screen) if elected by the receiving support staff on the extension.  At the current time, calls pressing #1 for new accounts have no way to get the call screen, resulting in us receiving a lot of dead air and hang up calls.

We have been getting bombarded with empty robocalls through our multiple Group lines and would also like to be able to add call screening functionality to Groups. We have a call center with 2 staff and have taken 80 empty calls this week alone, compared to our previous high of 27 calls in a week.
