Improved visibility of blocked callers

Calls are generally handled from the Call Log section of your account. It shows all calls that come and go through your Ring Central account. So when you're searching for that number that keeps sending you annoying faxes advertising alligator purses when your company actually deals with customer service - you want to find a simple solution to limit the unnecessary influx of unwanted mail/calls. Once you find the caller, you want to block this number. Although you can 'block' from the main screen of the "Call Log" page, no visible change appears on the screen in connection with that number.
So my suggestion is to create an additional column blocked/unblocked(open) callers, or any kind of visible feature on this page that identifies which numbers are blocked and which ones aren't.  I think it would make users feel more at ease that it was the correct number and that it has been actioned.

You may want to take a look at an attendant console.  Bridge Operator Console provides these features for users, and is designed for front desk works, making it superior to a desk phone.
