We only have and only use Softphones here in our office, (NO hardware/desk phone) The problem that we encounter is we have times where we get flooded with incoming calls and when attempting to transfer a call to one of our employees extension, while hitting their ext# before I can hit the "Blind or Warm Transfer button" another call comes in over the top of my transfer screen buttons thus disallowing me to transfer so I have to either put them on hold and answer the second calls or wait till the screen is cleared before we can then make the call transfer. This if very annoying when many, many calls are coming in throughout the day. Sometimes I just have to tell the caller to call back and I give the caller the employees direct Ph# but that can annoy some callers. I called your RingCentral service rept. and he said that this feature is not available on a softphone application yet at this time.... I'm just making a request for you to improve this function for us who have a flood of calls coming in at the same time periodically through the day. This upgrade would be GREATLY Appreciated.!!!
