Inbound call Pop-up box moves entirely "Off screen" after a few calls.

We use multiple monitors at our offices. The issue is that the inbound call pop-up box moves on a monitor from one call to another and entirely "Off-screen" sometimes. 

App needs to be re-started to correct issue...

Anyone out there having a similar issue and, if so, what correctedd it?

Hi there, 

I worked on a case earlier today and "purging" the application data resolved the issue: 
  • First, from the main RingCentral window select the "gear" icon for settings  
  • From the settings select Support > Purge data 
  • The phone should log out. 
  • Re-open the RingCentral for Windows application and place a test call to see if the answer window is in a more convenience location.

Just read those warnings, and Yup, after applying RC's last fix (read my comment's on our last Post), I'll bite the bullet and deal with it in my own way....Just don't know what it is yet...
