Inbound calling error heard

After the swap done to the numbers, an error message heard : please configure your voice URL to change this message, and lets us know how we can help you during the development.  An example for this: when a number was ported to Ring Central and swapping has been done to the digital line number/s.  How can we rectify this issue?

Hello Nikki,

That seems quite strange. Do you get this message when calling from a RingCentral phone/number to another outside number? Or do you get the message when calling a RingCentral phone number from a different number (such as your cellphone)?

Both. we tested the line and  same error message heard. A colleague called from a different  phone. same behaviour
