Currently, faxing from email only shows the SUBJECT and ATTACHMENTS.  Anything added in the BODY of an email is completely ignored, but this is generally where instructions and pertinent information is provided.  Please allow text from the BODY of an email to be shown on sent faxes.

agreed - there should be a fax-setting on each extension check-box indicating whether to include email body content as a cover page note.

i agree.  as a work around we typically put what we would normally put in the body of the email in the subject line as well.  of course, that is limited characters, but it works for us most of the time.  I send via the RC phone app under the compose fax tab along the bottom instead of email as well and can type more in the body under the note section.

Yes, please. Moving from eFax, our staff was accustomed to being able to send messages on the cover page simply by including such in the body of the email. We also have firm-wide signature blocks; it would be nice to have those appended to the cover page, too; as it is, our faxes have no individualized information other than what our staff members can fit in the subject line.
