I am a SuperAdmin on our account and pull monthly usage reports that we go over at the beginning of each month. We are a healthcare group with 6 facilities and many of our departments within each facility use ringCentral for their eFaxing needs as the government is pushing companies within our industry to move away from paper faxing. I would love to be able to see how many of our employees are using RingCentral for their faxing needs. There should be columns added on the analytics reporting to show the total number of faxes, incoming and outgoing. Out of our 219 users and 87 lines, much of the usage of RingCentral is for eFaxing and having these added columns would let us know who is using the service and who is not. Currently those users show 0 usage but we know they are using RingCentral for faxing so the report we currently pull is misleading.
