Incoming Call Direction ID (with Photo)

Ability to visually see who the call is directed for (direct and groups). For example, our company is managing our own personal phones and also the emergency after-hour services for a property management company (we work in restoration). I would like our receptionist to have the ability to more easily distinguish between who the call is directed for (e.g. if its to our companies direct line we would see our logo, if it's to the property management company they would see their logo, if its to their direct line they would see their own contact photo). 

This would make the WORLD of difference and allow for better/more accurate call flow. 

In the same area, if when I call a group to be able to have the name of the group pop up on the caller ID on the mobile app. 

For Example, when we have a new job we would like to create a group that simultaneously rings all of our project managers and whoever picks up the phone first would get the job - instead of having only the extension number we could put a 'picture'

I'm still amazed at how little info regarding the incoming calls shows on our 21st century high resolution devices.  Anything that will help users better be able to determine who they are getting a call from and how that call ended up ringing to them would benefit workflow, professional response, etc., potential next routing or response scripts, etc.

This would be a great idea.  We would love to be able to have logos\photos show of the company/people who are calling.  Even if the photos\logos are taken from our contact lists.
