Incoming Call Time limit

Is there any way for the time limit of 3 hours be extended or removed from my account? When I am on a call for exactly 3 hours (used to be 4) the line disconnects and the caller has to call back. I need this feature taken off as it is bad for business.

Yes there is.  It is defaulted to 240 mins for security reasons.  If you'd like it increased, please have the account ADMIN open a WebCase and ask them to increase the default time limit on an active call. 

Time limit for active call: 240 minute(s).

Is the default limit 3 or 4 hours?  And second ?? - What is the maximum limit we can request it to be increased to?

From where I can see, the default limit is 3hr and could be extended to 4hr if you ask for it...

Thank you for the response Kim. I sent in a request to have it extended to 6 hours or taking it off my account all together if possible. Hopefully that is possible because even 4 hours is to short of a time to have it set to. Thanks for all the responses! They were very helpful. :)

This should be configurable by one of the admins at the customer's side, from the cloud.

Just to clear up a few questions,  The default is indeed 240 minutes.   We do not publish publicly or make the option available on the website for users to change the default limit.  These requests must be made by the account admin as increasing the time limit to something very large has risks and consequences.
