Is there any way for the time limit of 3 hours be extended or removed from my account? When I am on a call for exactly 3 hours (used to be 4) the line disconnects and the caller has to call back. I need this feature taken off as it is bad for business.
Yes there is. It is defaulted to 240 mins for security reasons. If you'd like it increased, please have the account ADMIN open a WebCase and ask them to increase the default time limit on an active call.
Just to clear up a few questions, The default is indeed 240 minutes. We do not publish publicly or make the option available on the website for users to change the default limit. These requests must be made by the account admin as increasing the time limit to something very large has risks and consequences.
