Incoming calls are skipping users in call queue

For several months we have had intermittent problems with calls skipping users in the queue, or skipping everyone and going straight to voicemail. Settings have been verified as correct by Ring Central, the internet connection is fast, no issues from that end. Why is this happening?

Hi Katherine,

Have you checked to see if the Users in the Call Queue have DND set on either their deskphone, softphone, mobile app, or the online portal?
What is DND?
