Incoming calls/Caller ID from other users displays company number when call-forwarded enabled

Most of my users in the United States have their incoming RingCentral calls forwarded to their cell phones rather than to their RingCentral Phone app on Android or iPhone since the cell network provides better call quality. Unfortunately, enabling call-fowarding causes Caller ID issues when calling internally. More specifically, when one of my employees uses the RingCentral Phone app on their cell phone to call another one of my employees RingCentral number (or extension), the incoming Caller ID displays our company toll-free number instead of the employee's RingCentral number (or extension).

Note that we do NOT have this incoming Caller ID issue when a non-RingCentral caller calls one of my employee's RingCental number.

I created a case for this two years ago. RingCentral Tech Support eventually told me this issue could not be resolved. I reported this same issue last week (case#08386265). Today I was again told this could not be resolved. RingCentral Tech Support suggested I post my issue here.
