When an incoming caller calls our main line they hear dead air before receptionist answers. How can I set it up so they hear the phone ringing before the receptionist answers? When they just hear dead air they get confused and hang up.
Make certain that you enable the Audio While Connecting property on the main number/extension. You can also do this for any extension in your system. You get to that property by going to the Administrative Web Portal, then Screening, Greeting & Hold Music then User Hours and select the Audio While Connecting property. You can choose RingTones or music options.
