Incoming SMS Number Identifier

We have a couple of company numbers, and when a text message is sent to one of those number, what we see in the To field is our company name. All of these numbers are direct numbers that are assigned to the auto-receptionist in a multi-level ivr set-up.

Are there any ways we can configure so that we know which number the message is sent to?

Additionally, I hope RingCentral adds a feature wherein we can check SMS logs from the portal. Say, we'd like to like to get a view from where the SMS was sent from and to what number it was sent. And also we'd like it have the time and date of the message transmission.

Are you viewing the incoming SMS on the Mobile App or the Desktop App?
