InContact Supervisor- Listen only access

US Account. Call Center.  We use InContact for the call Queues.  Is it possible to create a Listen Only user, so our new trainees can listen to live calls.  Right now, we need to make them Supervisor, within IC.  We need a way to allow trainees to listen without being "Supervisor".  Case 06901436. Number of users: 25

You could create a custom security profile for the new users that has limited access to Supervisor. If you need help with this type of configuration, feel free to call our support team who can walk you through it :)
