Increase Number of Calls Can Receive/Make Simultaneously / Put on Hold

  2. A brief description of the business - capability to put 2 calls on hold and make/receive another call. 
  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested We receive >2 calls at same time. We need to be able to put more than one call on hold. How can we do this? Currently we can only place one call on hold. If we place a second call on hold, the other call already on hold is disconnected.
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature - business can maximize multi-tasking for incoming and outgoing calls by being able to put 2 or more calls on hold while attempting to make/receive another call. 
  5. Benefit of such feature - efficiency in using a single line. 
  6. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines 2-19 Lines
