Increase number of paging devices from 25

When will you increase the number of paging devices from its current limit of 25?  We were able to page all of our Mitel phones on our former system and this limit impacts us if there is an emergency.  We are using Polycom VVX311/411 phones.

I wouldn't hold your breath because I believe the reason behind this is a fundamental design concern that it creates 25 voice calls over your internet connection.

The good news is that you are using Polycom VVX phones and can configure them with multicast paging and have unlimited groups size.

I logged in to the GUI of 2 additional phones and enabled group paging on the phones as well as subscribed to the Emergency Group.  I then sent a page to the Emergency Group and neither of the phones had the page play over speaker.

  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: customer would call the paging group and it would ring over 25 phones. 
  5. Benefit of such feature: ease of use/ necessity. 
  6. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines: 77 users/ 68 lines
