Increase the max call queue hold time from 15 mins to 1 hour

The maximum call queue hold time of 15 mins are too short.
Can you please increase the maximum call queue hold time from 15 mins to 1 hour?
We often have customers that will be on hold for way over 15 mins.

There should be a longer hold time for call que members. 15 minutes is not enough. Please fix this or I will have to find another provider who offers longer hold times.
