Integrate outook contacts with Polycom

Have  OUTLOOK CONTACT APPEAR ON POLYCOM - We are a law firm, yet I believe every business would benefit from this.  We have over a thousand contacts, and it would be great to have them listed in a directory.

Also, why the Polycom does not support or list Caller name ID is beyond me.

Have you looked into provisioning LDAP to provide the info via your local network?

USA-based acct | 2287 Users | 3800 DID lines | 28 sites | all Polycom VVX500 phone handsets 

2018-03-07 We have thousands of users and all Polycom VVX500 phones. Ability to have native Directory integration would really cut down on user complaints that presently they have to login to the Ringcentral Web Portal to look up phone numbers for coworkers. 

We are looking into LDAP for directory integration as this was recommended in one of the sessions at last October's RingCentral User Conference. My network team does not want to use LDAP  but for now, this may be the only way to make it happen.
