Intercom options- Our customer would like to be able to use 1 button calling for intercoms. Basically would like to be able to program both the softphone and the deskphone in such a way that you could create a fast dial one button press to intercom someone directly (saving the number as *85 ext within the favorite TN field).
User at location A would have a pre-programmed button with the full intercom dialing code and the users ext entered in. when trying to reach person at ext B the user would be able to press the extension button and it immediately intercom that user.
This feature would drastically reduce the time and confusion involved with our current intercom system, and would make hands free communication between extensions much simpler.
