Intercom on the HUD

Is there a way to set up the HUD so it uses the intercom feature to call office staff instead of an actual call?

Yes, you can set up an intercom onto their deskphones.

Thank you Jenn. However, I don't think I explained myself very well. All of the staff has the intercom enabled. We would like the option of just pressing one button to call via the intercom. Currently I have my staff on the HUD and if I press the "hot key" to dial them, they have to pick up the phone to answer me. I would like to be able to press the "hot key" and just talk via the intercom with out having to look up the staff extension.
