Why am I receiving an error message when starting the softphone?

Getting this message when I try to open the softphone application on my laptop: "internal error 15 unable to load language module" Any ideas on how to take care of this? Thanks.

Hi Ryan,

Looks like the softphone may have some bad files. Assuming you're on the Windows, can you please completely uninstall and then reinstall the softphone? Make sure that this folder is gone:

C:\Program Files\RingCentral
