QoS Internet Speed Recommendation

Is there a recommendation for internet speeds to be able to use this service effectively? I currently use Cox Business Internet (25 mbps x 5mbps). Should I upgrade my internet speeds? I use 3 computers and 3 mobile devices along with RingCentral Office@Hand.
