Interrupting Tone

Our Receptionists also face the obstacle of a new call on line 2 rings in while they are still on a call on line 1. The beeping interrupts and they can not hear the call they are on. Their request is to not have a tone in their ear every time another call comes in while they are on a call already. The flashing light on line 2 is sufficient. We called support to see how to quiet it. We were told it is a hard wired feature in Polycom phones, but if we post the suggestion on this sight you would take the change into consideration. Thank you!
