One of my customers is saying if any of their clients call them using iPhones with iOS 11 platform, they are unable to make selections to his IVR menu. Said that he already spent a significant amount of time with both RC support and Apple to no avail. Any ideas on why this happens?
I have clients using iOS 11.x and they have no issues with reaching me via my multi-level IVR. Likewise, I have tested my IVR with my own iPhone 7 Plus, running iOS v11.2.1, and have no problems in connecting.
I would recommend you or he create a support ticket with RingCentral. Something else is going on in his configuration.
